Roy is semi-retired and now involved in his own maintenance service.  Roy has over 20 years of engineering experience in plumbing design, fire protection design, HVAC design, plant facilities design.   We provide regular maintenance service to commercial accounts on an "AS NEEDED BASIS" .

Plumbing/Rodding service. We replace old faucets and repair leaky or stopped up drain pipes. 

Sump Pump - Diagnose common sump problems and provide a solution for your needs.

Locksmithing - We change out locks on your door and do door adjusting for trouble doors that dont close right.

Drywall, Painting - We provide drywall repair and painting services. We do inside and outside painting.

Gutters - No gutter work. 

Storm Doors - We adjust storm doors BUT DO NOT REPLACE THEM ANYMORE.
